We are delighted to announce that after a long search for an additional pilates instructor we will be starting a new lunchtime pilates class this week. The new Thursday lunchtime class will start at 12.35 and will last for 45 minutes.
Pilates is a great form of low impact exercise designed to improve the quality of your everyday life and this mat based class has more emphasis on power pilates so that you really notice results quickly.
As with all our pilates classes the emphasis is on quality of movement and our class size is therefore limited to only 4 people, so it is imperative you book ahead.
Annie Sealy comes from a dance background and has been successfully running her own personal training business for more than 7 years. We are delighted to welcome Annie to the Drummond team.
