How We Can Help YOU

As an added tool/service that you can use with your patients\clients, we have been continuing to develop our Biomechanics & Orthotics Clinic and have recently added our new Sports Medicine Clinic to our service offerings

These services include:

Biomechanics & Orthotics

Sports Medicine

  • Basic Gait Assessment
  • VO2max/SubMax Testing
  • Advanced Gait Assessment
  • Lactate Threshold Testing
  • Custom Orthotic Production
  • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing
  • Body Composition Testing

Biomechanics

Whilst we can perform these tests for the benefit of each individual, we strongly believe (and have strong testimonial evidence) that the results we derive from each assessment majorly benefit both the individual and the way the practitioner may look at a problem.

To that end where possible we have set up a comprehensive feedback loop between our team and you the practitioner. We look to communicate our findings with recommendations on:

  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Orthotics -  “To Have or Not To Have” (our rationale behind it)
  • Assistance in footwear prescription
  • Identification of contributors to Musculoskeletal Dysfunction
Orthotics
Our custom orthotics offer a great assistance to helping solve some of the biomechanical dysfunctions that you may come across with your patients/clients.  They are all tailor-made to meet the needs of each individual based upon the results of the biomechanical gait assessment.  We make all of our orthotics onsite, allowing individuals to take them away in the same appointment.  If you would  like to visit to view our procedures then please feel free to give us a call to arrange for one of our team to show you around or view our website at www.drummondclinic.co.uk/biomechanics-orthotics
Please Note

Our referral base is growing at a steady rate.  To this end we are very sensitive that those of you referring to us believe in our ethical handling of your patients/clients.  As I am sure that you are aware that we offer other ranges of treatments in addition to what has been listed above and some of these may be very similar to your clinical skills……

BUT, please be rest assured that you are the Primary Practitioner and we are just set up to help you.  They are YOUR patients/clients.
